I believe that delivery went without a hitch. My sister-in-law and niece loved the flowers so much. They brought them to the service. Each time we spoke they told me how beautiful the arrangement was! When some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered weren't in stock, I got a call right away asking for my approval to make some changes to the arrangement - something I appreciated very much. How Flower Delivery Works at Cricket’s Flowers
We take pride in making sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and safely delivered. Whether we’re delivering to a home, business, hospital, nursing home, or care facility, our local delivery drivers take care to make each delivery as smooth as possible.
Our Local Flower Delivery Process
When your flowers leave our shop, our driver will deliver them directly to the recipient’s home, business, hospital, nursing home, or other designated location.
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is not home, our driver will first consider the weather and the location.
If the weather is appropriate and there is a safe, sheltered place to leave the flowers, our driver may leave the delivery in that location. Before doing so, we will call and text the recipient to let them know where the flowers have been left.
We take special care with flowers in extreme temperatures. If it is too hot or too cold to safely leave the flowers outside, we will not leave them unattended.
If the Recipient Is Coming Home Later
If the recipient lets us know they will be home later, or if weather conditions make it unsafe to leave the flowers, our driver will return with the flowers.
The driver will call and text the recipient and leave a delivery notice at the door letting them know we attempted delivery.
What Happens After an Attempted Delivery?
If we do not hear back from the recipient, we will make another delivery attempt.
If we are still unable to complete the delivery, we will contact the sender to let them know about the delivery attempt and discuss the next steps.
