Check the water daily
Flowers are thirsty! Check the water level each day and add fresh water as needed. The stems should always have plenty of water. Keep the vase clean
If the water becomes cloudy or has an odor, carefully remove the arrangement, rinse the vase, and refill it with fresh water. If flower food was provided, add it according to the directions.
Display your flowers away from direct sunlight, heating vents, fireplaces, and other sources of heat. A cooler room will help extend them.

Ordered designer's choice for my friend's birthday remotely from Hong Kong. It was very easy to select choice of flower, add a card, write instructions, and pay. The flower that the designer picked suited my friend, and the delivery was fast. Thanks so much!!! (The only thing that was a little bit confusing was entering the contact number. It didn't recognize my Hong Kong number as a valid one and had to enter zeroes before it. It will be more convenient if this can be fixed.)

I was sending flowers as a surprise pick me up to a friend. The surprise was on us when Crickets, attempting delivery, we discovered she was out of town for several days. Crickets was great; they remade and delivered fresh flowers once she returned. She was delighted and said they were beautiful. Mission accomplished. Thanks, Crickets Flowers!

While your arrangement may not look identical to the photograph, the overall look, style, color scheme, and “personality” of the design will be preserved.
Flowers and containers may occasionally need to be substituted due to seasonality, weather, availability, or market conditions. When substitutions are necessary, we will select flowers and containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the intended style, color palette, and overall appearance of your selected design.
If a particular flower, color, container, or design element is especially important to you, please include it in the Florist Instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

How Flower Delivery Works at Cricket’s Flowers
We take pride in making sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and safely delivered. Whether we’re delivering to a home, business, hospital, nursing home, or care facility, our local delivery drivers take care to make each delivery as smooth as possible.
Our Local Flower Delivery Process
When your flowers leave our shop, our driver will deliver them directly to the recipient’s home, business, hospital, nursing home, or other designated location.
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is not home, our driver will first consider the weather and the location.
If the weather is appropriate and there is a safe, sheltered place to leave the flowers, our driver may leave the delivery in that location. Before doing so, we will call and text the recipient to let them know where the flowers have been left.
We take special care with flowers in extreme temperatures. If it is too hot or too cold to safely leave the flowers outside, we will not leave them unattended.
If the Recipient Is Coming Home Later
If the recipient lets us know they will be home later, or if weather conditions make it unsafe to leave the flowers, our driver will return with the flowers.
The driver will call and text the recipient and leave a delivery notice at the door letting them know we attempted delivery.
What Happens After an Attempted Delivery?
If we do not hear back from the recipient, we will make another delivery attempt.
If we are still unable to complete the delivery, we will contact the sender to let them know about the delivery attempt and discuss the next steps.
