Check the water daily
Flowers are thirsty! Check the water level each day and add fresh water as needed. The stems should always have plenty of water. Keep the vase clean
If the water becomes cloudy or has an odor, carefully remove the arrangement, rinse the vase, and refill it with fresh water. If flower food was provided, add it according to the directions.
Display your flowers away from direct sunlight, heating vents, fireplaces, and other sources of heat. A cooler room will help extend them.

The bouquet was simply gorgeous, with garden flowers in a wonderful variety of shapes and colors. My friend in the hospital was blown away by its beauty. So from my point of view, it was a complete win. The folks at Crickets could not have been more accommodating. I ordered directly instead of going through a big company because a/ I wanted to support local business, and b/ I wanted garden flowers, not the usual standards, and c/ I wanted to deliver it myself to speed things up. They made the arrangement super quickly and their communication with me about it was excellent. I was very happy in every way. I have never used Crickets before, and do not know them at all, but will be their loyal patron from now on!

How Flower Delivery Works at Cricket’s Flowers
We take pride in making sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and safely delivered. Whether we’re delivering to a home, business, hospital, nursing home, or care facility, our local delivery drivers take care to make each delivery as smooth as possible.
Our Local Flower Delivery Process
When your flowers leave our shop, our driver will deliver them directly to the recipient’s home, business, hospital, nursing home, or other designated location.
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is not home, our driver will first consider the weather and the location.
If the weather is appropriate and there is a safe, sheltered place to leave the flowers, our driver may leave the delivery in that location. Before doing so, we will call and text the recipient to let them know where the flowers have been left.
We take special care with flowers in extreme temperatures. If it is too hot or too cold to safely leave the flowers outside, we will not leave them unattended.
If the Recipient Is Coming Home Later
If the recipient lets us know they will be home later, or if weather conditions make it unsafe to leave the flowers, our driver will return with the flowers.
The driver will call and text the recipient and leave a delivery notice at the door letting them know we attempted delivery.
What Happens After an Attempted Delivery?
If we do not hear back from the recipient, we will make another delivery attempt.
If we are still unable to complete the delivery, we will contact the sender to let them know about the delivery attempt and discuss the next steps.
