Prom flowers, please order 2 to 3 days in advance so that we can make sure that we can get the flowers you need. Or call us at 781-861-1030, to discuss options.
If people are not home, we will call and tag door and re-deliver when home. If possible a home phone and cell phone for recipient is best.
COVID-19: Our staff is fully vaccinated and WE WILL continue to offer contactless delivery; we'll make sure someone's home and leave it at the door. You can also pick up curbside; call when you arrive and we'll bring it out.
Supply: Due to unusual issues with our supply chain, product availability changes frequently.
Timed delivery: We can only guarantee timed delivery requests if you add the option ($25) to your order on the delivery page.
Pick Ups: In store pick ups are available between 8AM and 3PM. Monday/ Friday. Saturday 8AM/ 12PM

If possible on Sympathy orders to the funeral home 24 to 36 hour notice is best, so that we can try and make sure we can source your flowers. Thank you for understanding. if we need to substitute product that will alter the feel of the design, we will contact you before sending it out.****
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
