If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Honestly, there is only one way to review the experience with a florist when you use them to send flowers to your mother for Mother's Day. And that's by the reaction of your mother! In this case I have to say that I'm extremely happy with my experience - or I should say hers! I immediately received a text with a picture of the flowers raving about how beautiful and full the arrangement was and how well the colors complemented the living room. I'll take credit for the touching note that was included with the flowers, but Cricket did everything else wonderfully, including delivering the arrangement early on Sunday so that they could be enjoyed throughout the day. Thank you Cricket!
