Celebrate Back to School with Flowers

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
How Flower Delivery Works at Cricket’s Flowers
At Cricket’s Flowers, we take pride in making sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and safely delivered. Whether we’re delivering to a home, business, hospital, nursing home, or care facility, our local delivery drivers take care to make each delivery as smooth as possible.
Our Local Flower Delivery Process
When your flowers leave our shop, our driver will deliver them directly to the recipient’s home, business, hospital, nursing home, or other designated location.
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is not home, our driver will first consider the weather and the location.
If the weather is appropriate and there is a safe, sheltered place to leave the flowers, our driver may leave the delivery in that location. Before doing so, we will call and text the recipient to let them know where the flowers have been left.
We take special care with flowers in extreme temperatures. If it is too hot or too cold to safely leave the flowers outside, we will not leave them unattended.
If the Recipient Is Coming Home Later
If the recipient lets us know they will be home later, or if weather conditions make it unsafe to leave the flowers, our driver will return with the flowers.
The driver will call and text the recipient and leave a delivery notice at the door letting them know we attempted delivery.
What Happens After an Attempted Delivery?
If we do not hear back from the recipient, we will make another delivery attempt.
If we are still unable to complete the delivery, we will contact the sender to let them know about the delivery attempt and discuss the next steps.
